Glass Washing
AIB's glass washing brushes are engineered and manufactured to withstand the high production environment. We build our brushes with premium quality materials and process controls to ensure each brush meets your exact application standards.
Engineered features include:
» tube core and journal bearing assemblies manufactured of steel, stainless steel, and aluminum to resist corrosion.
» filament materials of Nylon 6, 6.6 and 6.12 are available and wound on the core assemblies in precise patterns to ensure uniformity and maintain balance.
» dynamic balancing of completed brush assemblies to withstand the high rotational speeds of glass washing and smooth, vibration free performance.
» precision trimming of outer diameters of filament to ensure concentricity.
 AIB offers a recycling service to bring your partially worn brushes back to life. When uneven wear appears we will trim your brushes to a concentric smooth finish.
AIB offers a rebristle service onto your existing cores. We will strip your existing cores and examine them for any necessary repairs, concentricity and balance, then rebristle the cores with new materials.
Finally, AIB will replace you worn out assemblies with complete new brush assemblies and dynamically balanced cores; trimmed, crated and ready for delivery to your facility.
