Coil Wound Brushes

Coil wound cylindrical brushes can be manufactured as coil only or coil mounted on a precision machined core assembly.

  • Coil Wound Brush

    Coil Only

Designed for high speed applications that require constant brush pressure and contact during cleaning. Available with various brush densities to suit your application.

Applications include: Auguring, buffing, cleaning, coating, dulling, dusting, feeding, finishing, gluing, harvesting, inking, leveling, lubricating, napping, polishing, peeling, roughening, scrubbing, staining, texturing, washing, and waxing.

A wide variety of materials are available including natural fibers, synthetic filaments, abrasive filaments and various types of wire materials.

  • Cylindrical Coil on Core Brush

    Coil on Core

Our in house machine shop has the capabilities to manufacture precision core assemblies. Core assemblies can be manufactured using steel, stainless steel or aluminum depending on weight and corrosion resistance requirements.

Dynamic balancing is available for high RPM applications.

  • Double Band Coil Brush

    Double Band Coil

Double band coil brushes are manufactured with two steel bands – one outer notched band, and one inner flat band, which are locked together and roll formed into a channel for winding around a core.

Double band brushes are manufactured with all types of brush fill materials, synthetic, wire and abrasives to ensure excellent mechanical locking characteristics. The double band brush is engineered for superior strength and durability ideally suited for harsh operations conditions.

  • Metal Abrasive Brush

    Metal Abrasive Brushes

We manufacture abrasive brushes using metal filaments which are typically used in harsh environment applications such as smelters or production lines with chemicals that would reduce the life of plastic filament brushes.
